Shipping and Delivery Policy

We do not sell, stock or dispatch any physical goods. No parcel will ever be sent to you, no shipping address is collected, and no delivery or courier charge is ever added to your bill. If you have been asked to pay a shipping fee for EcomShoot, it did not come from us — please report it to support@ecomshoot.in.

• Payments through an online payment gateway: credits appear in your account immediately on successful payment, and are usable at once.
• Payments verified manually (UPI transfer with a screenshot, or a payment collected by a reseller): credits are added once the payment is confirmed, normally within a few hours and always within 24 working hours.
• You can see your balance at any time on your dashboard. Nothing needs to be claimed or activated by you.

If a payment succeeded but your balance has not changed within 24 working hours, contact us with the transaction reference and we will resolve it the same day.

• A shoot normally finishes in about 60 to 180 seconds. The page fills in each image as it is ready — you do not have to wait on a blank screen.
• Finished images appear in your dashboard, where you can view, download individually, or download the whole set as a ZIP file.
• Images stay in your account until they pass the retention limit shown in your dashboard, so you can come back and download them again.
• Downloads are free and unlimited for as long as an image is in your account.

Occasionally a shoot fails — a provider outage, or a content filter refusing a particular garment. When that happens the credits are returned to your account automatically, within minutes, without you having to ask. See our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

The service is delivered over the internet and is available anywhere you can reach https://ecomshoot.in. We are registered in India and price in Indian Rupees; the service is intended for sellers in India.
