Terms and Conditions

EcomShoot is a software service. You upload photographs of a garment or product you sell; our system generates new photographs of that product — on an AI-generated model, or on its own — which you may use in your own online listings.

Nothing physical is sold or shipped. Everything you buy from us is delivered electronically to your account on this website. See our Shipping and Delivery Policy.

• You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a contract under Indian law.
• One person or business, one account. Give us accurate details and keep them current — refunds and support depend on us being able to identify you.
• You are responsible for everything done through your account. Keep your password to yourself and tell us at once if you think someone else has it.
• We may suspend an account that is being used to break these terms, to defraud a payment, or to generate content we prohibit below.

• One credit produces one image. A shoot of four angles costs four credits.
• Every new account gets a free trial allowance, which produces a single image so you can judge the quality before paying anything.
• Paid plans are prepaid credit packs. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees on our pricing page and include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Credits are valid for the period stated on the plan at the time of purchase. Unused credits expire at the end of that period and are not carried forward.
• Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and cannot be exchanged for money except under our refund policy.
• We may change prices at any time. A change never alters a plan you have already paid for.

Payments are collected through RBI-regulated payment aggregators and, where a reseller introduced you, directly by that reseller by UPI. We never see or store your card, UPI PIN, net-banking or wallet credentials — those go straight to the payment provider.

Credits are added to your account once the payment is confirmed. Where a payment is verified manually, this can take up to 24 working hours; write to support@ecomshoot.in if it takes longer.

You confirm that for every photograph you upload you own the rights or have permission to use it. You must not upload:

• Photographs you do not have the right to use, including images taken from another seller's listing, a brand's catalogue or a stock library.
• Anything featuring a real identifiable person without their consent.
• Counterfeit goods, or garments carrying a brand, logo or licensed character you are not authorised to sell.
• Content that is obscene, that sexualises anyone, or that depicts a minor inappropriately.
• Anything unlawful, hateful, or designed to deceive a buyer about what they are purchasing.

We may refuse or stop any generation that appears to breach this, and we may close an account that does so repeatedly. Where a shoot is refused for this reason after credits were taken, those credits are returned.

• You keep all rights in the photographs you upload.
• The images our system generates for you are yours to use commercially, without further payment to us — in your listings, advertising, catalogues and social media.
• You remain responsible for what you publish. Check every image against the real product before you list it.
• We may show generated images as examples of the service only where you have given us permission.

Our images are generated by artificial intelligence. They are a very close representation of your product but they are not a photograph of it, and models shown wearing your garment are not real people.

• Colour, print placement, texture and fit can differ slightly from the physical item.
• You must review every image for accuracy before using it in a listing, and comply with the rules of the marketplace you list on.
• We are not responsible for a marketplace rejecting a listing, or for a customer return caused by a difference between an image and the product.
• Generation depends on third-party AI providers. A provider may occasionally refuse a request — for example a garment printed with a licensed character. Credits for a failed shoot are returned automatically.

We work to keep the service running at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, a provider outage or events outside our control can interrupt it. Where an interruption prevents a shoot you paid for, the credits are returned to your account.

Some customers are introduced by an authorised reseller, who may collect payment and activate a plan on their behalf. Resellers are independent businesses. They are not permitted to make promises about the service beyond these terms, and we are not bound by any they make. If a reseller has taken your payment and your plan is not active, contact us directly and we will resolve it.

To the extent Indian law allows, our total liability to you for any claim connected with the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for lost profits, lost sales or indirect loss.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

You may stop using EcomShoot at any time and ask us to close your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. On closure, unused credits are treated under our Cancellation and Refund Policy, and your stored images are deleted.

We may update these terms. The revision date at the top of this page always shows when. Material changes are notified in your account or by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Howrah, West Bengal have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
